About Me

I interned at Ask.com while studying at UC Berkeley then spent nearly two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, where tech, venture and MVP energy grew to be part of my DNA.

I’m people- and customer-obsessed, with 20+ years of experience across Sales and Revenue Operations in SaaS, marketplace businesses and consulting. For much of the last decade, I’ve dedicated my energy to building businesses and leading teams towards scale at Cameo and LinkedIn.

I believe practice and iteration lead to evolution. My pottery work, yoga practice and writing would agree.

I'm fiercely committed to helping people be better and do better. I'm as committed to those I mentor as I am to those I coach and advise.

  • Built and led Scaled customer acquisition and expansion organization at LinkedIn; 5x’d revenue ($12MM) in 18 months [B2B]

  • Scaled LinkedIn’s largest customer segment, growing from $40MM to $120M in 18 months and increasing rep capacity by 4x [B2B]
